There is a beach somewhere, a small ribbon of sand set beneath towering cliffs, and a waterfall tumbling into the small lagoon behind it. The beach has no name, no footprints. The whispering breeze and the waves along the shore are the only sounds. The water beyond looks like hammered gold in the glow of the setting sun.

Seeking new horizons... this is what Azimuth Expeditions is all about. Traveling and experiencing new places, people, and cultures. We believe that our Expeditions are among the finest sea kayak adventures in the world, and sharing these great places with you is why we got into this business in the first place. Our highly trained and experienced guides provide not only kayaking expertise and local knowledge, but also handle all of the cooking as well; your job is simply to immerse yourself in the wonder and beauty of your surroundings.

The Expeditions listed here represent some of the best places to kayak on the planet. But we're still looking. As we explore new seas and destinations, we'll be adding to our list of Expedition destinations, so check this page often. In the meantime, please remember that these tours fill quickly, so call or write today and reserve your spot.

(Note: Our Expeditions do not always take place in difficult paddling environments, but because they comprise three or more consecutive days of kayaking, we do recommend that all participants have a Level 2 Award or its equivalent. What this means is that, if you'd like to enroll in any of our multi-day offerings, you'll want to have the skills that we teach in our Foundation Sea Kayaking course. If you'd like to sign up for an Expedition but you haven't taken a class before, we'll give you 20% off the price of the Foundation course with your multi-day registration. We are committed to making your Expedition experience the best it can be, and the skills and techniques that you will pick up from the Foundation course will certainly go a long way in this effort. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call.)
